Founded in 2019, LADR Asset Management is a Heavy Mining Equipment reliability solutions provider located in Perth, Western Australia. Our enthusiasm and determination for problem solving has seen demand of our service only increase since the founding of the business in late 2019.

Specializing in HME maintenance, we provide solutions for underperforming equipment in reliability and productivity, working with maintenance departments at all levels. From technical training to long term maintenance strategies.

We have a range of products for maintenance and also machinery upgrade kits.

Our director and founder, Luke Rogers has operated in various HME capacities for 22 years. A Cert IV Mechanical Technician, has been exclusively dedicated to reliability and technical roles that are focused on problem solving for the last 9 years.
